INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
An individual that defines him or herself as being affected in some way by Down syndrome.
An individual need not have Down syndrome to qualify for an Individual Membership; however, eligibility for some of FCDSN’s programs will depend upon this factor.
Your $100 yearly dues for an Individual Membership entitles you to:
Social Groups
Member Appreciation Events
Reimbursement Programs

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
A family that defines itself as being affected in some way by Down syndrome.
A family need not have a family member with Down syndrome living in the household to qualify for a Family Membership; however, eligibility for some of FCDSN’s programs will depend upon this factor.
Your $100 yearly dues for a Family Membership entitles you to:
Social Groups
Member Appreciation Events
Reimbursement Programs
All family members living in the same household are covered under a Family Membership.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
A professional or organization that defines itself as being affected in some way by Down syndrome.
Examples of professional and organizational members are:
Care Coordinator
Educators
Medical Professional
Medical Student/Resident
OBGYN
Pediatrician
School Administrators
Service Providers (Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Music Therapist, Physical Therapist, Art Therapist, etc.)
Your $100.00 yearly dues for a Professional Membership entitles you to:
Social Groups
Member Appreciation Events
