Down Syndrome Clinic to You (DSC2U) brings the best of health and wellness information about Down syndrome to caregivers and primary care physicians around the globe. They believe that location and personal finances should never prevent someone from accessing the best and most timely medical information for a loved one with Down syndrome.
DSC2U is available for $49 each usage.
These fees cover the costs associated with maintaining and improving this resource. The Caregiver Checklist and Primary Care Provider Plan will be yours to keep, and you will be able to access these documents as often as you want, without additional cost, through your personalized DSC2U portal.
Many caregivers choose to complete DSC2U each time their loved one with Down syndrome has an annual wellness visit with a primary care provider. However, you are welcome to return and complete DSC2U more frequently. Each time you enter new symptoms or concerns into DSC2U, you will receive another personalized Caregiver Checklist and Primary Care Provider Plan. You will be charged the same user fee for each new usage.
Many Down syndrome organizations are offering discounts for DSC2U to their members. Please check in with your local organization to see if they have a discount for you!
We are also working with insurance companies to cover these fees. Be sure to check here to see if your insurance is currently covering DSC2U.

Create an account. You’ll need to check your e-mail for an activation code to complete account set-up.
Enter payment information. Payment is by credit card only. DSC2U accepts Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. You can also include any coupon codes or insurance coverage here.
Complete the DSC2U intake form. The more information you provide, the more resources we can recommend.
View your Caregiver Checklist and Primary Care Provider Plan. We’ll process your responses and present you with personalized recommendations.
