MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

ANNUAL DUES

Annual dues for all membership types are $35. If you would like to pay

For EXISTING members, membership dues are due by January 31st each year.

For NEW members, membership dues are due with the membership application.

Upon paying new membership dues, the member can immediately participate in any and all of FCDSN’s programs for which the member is otherwise eligible. New members that pay their dues during the fourth quarter of a year can carry their membership over into the following calendar year without having to pay additional membership dues.

Please see the Reimbursement Policies (need to find) for limitations on maximum benefits through the Reimbursement Program (need to dig for more info). Please review the Reimbursement Policies for an overview of how the timing of your payment of dues will impact your ability to participate in the Reimbursement Programs.

Membership dues may be waived by the President upon a showing of financial hardship.

Membership dues may be waived a maximum of one time per membership.

Members applying for a waiver shall provide the FCDSN with requested information on their household income, composition, and expenses. It is the responsibility of the applicant to secure a waiver by January 31st in order to maintain their good standing status.

To be considered a member in good standing, membership dues must be paid in accordance with the schedule above, or a waiver must have been obtained prior to January 31st.
